A few weeks ago we were lucky enough to have Look North news reader, Christa Akroyd, open our new library.
First, Christa spent time in a special assembly where she answered lots of the children's questions.
Members of the school council looked on as Christa cut the ribbon to open the new library.
Once inside, she read extracts from one of our Horrible Histories books as the children listened attentively.
